BRUNT Workwear is seeking a customer service ambassador to deliver exceptional experiences across channels from a remote setting. You will drive satisfaction, resolve issues with professionalism, and build lasting customer relationships while upholding BRUNT values.

You will work with a flexible schedule, including peak periods, and develop deep product knowledge to guide customers to the best BRUNT solutions. A positive, proactive approach is essential.

Competenze

• Experience in a customer service role across multiple channels (retail, call center, or remote).
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and timely responses meeting SLAs.
• Experience resolving customer issues with professionalism and composure.
• Technical proficiency managing multiple platforms while assisting customers.

Mansioni

• Engage with customers across all channels while managing a designated ticket volume.
• Meet or exceed departmental performance metrics including CSAT, response times and efficiency.
• Develop knowledge of BRUNT's product portfolio to guide customers to best-fit products.
• Analyze customer feedback trends and provide insights to reduce effort and increase team effectiveness.
• Understand company policies and workflows, and make customer-focused decisions aligned with BRUNT values.
