Qualifications

• Experience in customer service across channels, including remote.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet SLAs.
• Ability to navigate policies and adapt to BRUNT values.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers across channels while managing a ticket volume.
• Meet or exceed CSAT, response time, and efficiency metrics.
• Build expert knowledge of BRUNT products to guide customers to the right items.
• Analyze feedback trends and provide insights to reduce effort and improve effectiveness.
• Understand company policies and make customer-focused decisions.
