The role emphasizes leadership, policy compliance, and client relationship management within a dynamic book of business. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of industry experience (or 7+ years in related roles), active insurance licensing, and strong communication

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience; or 7+ years in sales, marketing or relationship management.
• Active insurance licensing is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance standards for productivity, efficiency and service.
• Promote IOA culture and staff engagement.
• Support staff development and training.
• Lead and coach Account Management staff; provide guidance.
• Ensure HR policies and processes are followed.
• Participate in recruitment, interviews and onboarding.
• Deliver performance evaluations and maintain open communication with leadership.
• Balance workloads to ensure service continuity.
• Implement and enforce processes and best practices across operations.
• Analyze performance data and take action to improve results.
• Maintain accurate data across agency and carrier systems.
• Manage an assigned book of business and renewals.
• Serve as a subject-matter-expert for coverage and service questions.
• Oversee policy administration, placement, billing, and claims support.
• Lead renewal and new business processes; support growth in book of business.
