Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience; or 7+ years in sales, marketing or relationship management.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing is required; professional designations preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Account Management staff and provide coaching and guidance.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, processes and service standards.
• Recruit, interview and onboard new team members.
• Balance workloads and monitor productivity and quality.
• Manage an assigned book of business and support renewals.
• Serve as SME for coverage and service questions.
• Oversee policy administration, placement, billing and claims support.
• Drive continuous process improvement and data integrity.
