Insurance Office of America is seeking an Operations Supervisor for Commercial Lines to lead Account Management staff in a remote-capable role with preference for Florida experience. The position oversees client service, policy administration, and renewals while driving operational excellence and staff development.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in insurance or 7+ in sales/relationship management, an active license, and strong analytical and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience; or 7+ years of sales, marketing or relationship management experience.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs
• Active licensing required
• Professional designations preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Monitor productivity and service standards across Account Management.
• Lead and coach Account Management staff and ensure HR compliance.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding and staff development.
• Manage an assigned book of business and renewals.
• Serve as subject matter expert for coverage and service questions.
• Oversee policy administration, placement, billing, claims support, and documentation.
• Drive renewal and new business processes with a focus on client satisfaction.
