You will lead Account Management staff, guide performance, and ensure service excellence while managing a defined book of business. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in insurance brokerage or 7+ years in related sales/relationship roles, an active license, and strong analytical and people skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ to 10+ years in insurance brokerage, client management, or related leadership role.
• Active insurance license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Account Management staff and coach team performance.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and processes.
• Oversee renewal and new business processes and client relationships.

• Monitor performance data and drive improvements across the branch.
• Maintain accurate data across agency and carrier systems.
