The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of industry experience or 7+ years in sales/marketing/relationships, with active licensing and strong analytical and customer service skills. A hybrid/remote Florida-friendly work arrangement is possible.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience; or 7+ years of sales, marketing or relationship management experience.
• Active licensing is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Monitor productivity, efficiency, quality, and service standards.
• Lead Account Management staff and provide coaching and guidance.
• Ensure HR policies and processes are followed; participate in hiring and onboarding.
• Manage an assigned book of business and support renewals and service needs.
• Oversee policy administration, placement, billing, and claims support.
• Deliver evaluations and maintain transparent communication with leadership.
