Insurance Office of America, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor – Commercial Lines to lead Account Management staff, oversee service delivery, and optimize branch operations.

The role focuses on coaching, process adherence, and high-quality client service across a managed book of business. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of industry experience (or 7+ in sales/relationship roles), active licensing, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Formación

• 10+ years of industry experience; or 7+ years in sales, marketing or relationship management
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs
• Active license required
• Professional designations preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Responsabilidades

• Lead Account Management staff and provide coaching and guidance.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and processes.
• Participate in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Monitor productivity, efficiency, quality, and service standards.
• Manage an assigned book of business and client relationships.
• Support renewals and service needs with clients.
• Oversee policy administration, placement, billing, and claims support.
• Drive process excellence and data integrity across systems.
