Accendra Health in the United States is seeking a Branch Coordinator to deliver outstanding service by phone and in person. You will help ensure orders are received and processed accurately, verify insurance, schedule deliveries, and gather the documentation needed to bill health plans.

The role requires strong organization, multitasking, and clear communication. You'll work with patients, providers, and teammates, handle payments and receivables, and support billing while complying with payor

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year related work experience.
• Experience in healthcare, office or call center preferred.
• Proficient with multiple systems and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and greet patients.
• Process new and existing orders; verify insurance; schedule deliveries.
• Collect documentation for insurance and billing; obtain authorizations.
• Handle credit card payments and reconcile receivables.
• Conduct outbound satisfaction calls.
