Accendra Health is seeking a Branch Coordinator to deliver excellent customer service by phone and in person. You will manage orders, verify insurance, and coordinate with the branch team to ensure timely processing and billing for services.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication across multiple systems. A healthcare environment or call center background is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year related work experience preferred in healthcare, office, or call center settings.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact to patients arriving in person.
• Answer inbound calls and provide information to patients, troubleshoot issues, escalate when needed.
• Process branch duties: create and manage orders, verify insurance, obtain authorizations, data entry.
