Accendra Health is hiring Branch Coordinators to deliver exceptional patient service by phone and in person. You will manage orders, verify insurance, and gather required documentation to enable billing and timely care delivery.

The role emphasizes accurate data entry, multi-system operation, and strong communication with patients, providers, and the branch team in a supportive healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of related work experience.
• Ability to work with multiple systems and phone systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for patients arriving in person.
• Answer inbound calls on a multi-line system and provide information.
• Process new orders and verify insurance and authorizations.
• Gather documentation to meet insurance guidelines for billing.
• Collect payments and reconcile daily receivables.
• Conduct outbound patient satisfaction calls as needed.
