Job summary

Accendra Health is hiring a Branch Coordinator to support patients and caregivers by phone and in person. You will ensure orders are received and processed accurately, verify insurance, and collect necessary documentation to bill health plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Strong communication and computer skills; able to work across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact to patients arriving in person.
• Answer inbound calls from customers on a multi-line phone system; provide information and resolve issues.
• Process branch orders, verify insurance, obtain authorizations as required.
• Gather documentation to bill health insurance plans and ensure timely payments.
• Collect credit card payments and reconcile daily receivables.
• Perform outbound customer satisfaction calls to patients and referrals.
• May assist with downloads of recording devices and equipment tests.
