Job summary

Accendra Health is hiring Branch Coordinators to deliver exceptional customer service by phone and in person, ensuring orders are processed accurately and documentation is gathered for billing insurance.

The role collaborates with patients, providers, and team members to resolve issues, verify insurance, obtain authorizations, and maintain efficient daily operations across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one-year related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact to patients arriving in person.
• Answer inbound calls from customers on a multi-line system and provide information.
• Process branch orders, review systems, confirm deliveries, and verify insurance.
• Gather documentation to meet insurance guidelines with sales team or referrals.
• Obtain health plan authorizations as required; electronically or verbally.
• Bill insurance by collecting documents from referrals to maximize benefits.
• Collect payments and reconcile receivables.
• Conduct outbound patient satisfaction calls.
• May download data from recording devices and perform tests on equipment.
