Accendra Health is seeking a Branch Coordinator to deliver exceptional service to patients and caregivers by phone and in person, ensuring orders are received and processed on time. You will work with patients, providers, and team members to resolve issues and help bill health insurance.

The role involves processing orders, verifying insurance, obtaining authorizations, collecting payments, and supporting scheduling across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for patients arriving in person.
• Answer inbound calls and provide information to patients, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with team.
• Process branch duties: create and manage orders, verify delivery, confirm insurance, obtain authorization.
• Collect payments and reconcile daily receivables.
• Support scheduling and data entry across multiple systems.
