Job summary

Isverge, Inc. seeks an experienced, full-charge, multi-client Bookkeeper. You will independently manage bookkeeping and reporting for 10-20 small businesses, primarily in construction and home services, with direct collaboration with owners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing bookkeeping for multiple clients.
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
• Proven payroll processing experience from start to finish.
• Solid understanding of debits/credits, AR, AP, reconciliations.
• Experience in construction accounting or multi-state payroll is a plus.
• Able to manage multiple accounts, prioritize, meet deadlines.
• Detail oriented with strong communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage bookkeeping and financial records for 10-20 clients.
• Oversee A/P, A/R, GL transactions, and reconciliations.
• Process payroll from start to finish, including multi-state payroll.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements and reports.
• Perform job costing, budgeting and cash flow forecasting.
• Track subcontractor payments and intercompany transactions.
• Meet with clients regularly to discuss results and guidance.
• Assist with insurance reviews, licenses, and compliance.
• Collaborate with tax professionals to ensure accurate reporting.
