ConnectCPA is a fully remote CPA firm seeking an experienced bookkeeper to manage multiple clients in a fast-paced setting. You will handle weekly bookkeeping, client support, and month-end reporting while ensuring accuracy and organization across books.

The role requires strong accrual bookkeeping knowledge, payroll experience, and proficiency with Xero, QBO, Hubdoc, and Dext. A proactive, tech-savvy communicator will fit well in our startup-minded culture.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of bookkeeping experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of accrual bookkeeping and payroll.
• Experience with Xero and QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Responsibilities

• Weekly bookkeeping for multiple clients (accrual and cash basis).
• Answer client questions related to bookkeeping and provide timely support.
• Maintain up-to-date, accurate, and organized books for clients.
• Prepare month-end reports for clients.
• Manage multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
