Velora is a remote-first company serving nonprofit clients with a unified platform. We seek a full-charge bookkeeper to manage multi-client bookkeeping end-to-end, including data entry, reconciliations, payroll, and donations, while using AI tools to improve speed and accuracy.

You will focus on customer outcomes and uphold strong financial controls. You will work with Medium customers, ensuring accuracy of records, proactive communication, and 70% billable time allocation.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years owning full-charge bookkeeping end-to-end.
• Degree in accounting, finance, or business.
• Strong fundamentals in accounting and nonprofit bookkeeping; keeps books clean and compliant.
• Deep experience in Aplos or similar systems; learns workflows fast.
• Strong Excel skills with templates, automation, and AI support.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle of bookkeeping for multiple Medium customers concurrently.
• Use AI-native tools to streamline workflows and deliver faster, accurate results.
• Maintain an average of 70% of working time on billable client work.
• Provide feedback to enhance information clarity and processes.
• Maintain high customer Net Promoter Score through proactive communication.
