Qualifications

• 3–5+ years owning full-charge bookkeeping end-to-end.
• Degree in accounting, finance, or business.
• Deep experience with Aplos or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle of bookkeeping for multiple Medium customers.
• Use AI-native tools to streamline workflows and improve accuracy.
• Maintain about 70% of working time on billable client work.
• Provide feedback to enhance information clarity for clients.
• Maintain a high Net Promoter Score through proactive communication.
• Adhere to established processes to ensure robust financial controls.
• Identify areas for process improvement and share best practices.
