Velora is seeking a Bookkeeper to join our fast-growing Professional Services team. You will handle full-charge bookkeeping for Medium customers, ensuring accurate records and delivering outstanding customer experience.

You will leverage AI to move faster, raise accuracy, and maintain strong client relationships. We are a remote-first company across North America, with products spanning nonprofit management.

Formación

• 3–5+ years owning full-charge bookkeeping end-to-end.
• Degree in accounting, finance, or business.
• Strong fundamentals in nonprofit bookkeeping; keep books clean and compliant.
• Deep experience in Aplos (preferred) or similar systems.
• Strong Excel skills with templates, automation, and AI support.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full cycle of bookkeeping for multiple Medium customers concurrently.
• Use AI-native tools to streamline workflows and improve accuracy.
• Maintain ~70% time on billable client work.
• Provide feedback to improve information clarity and controls.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive updates and follow-through.
