Reserv is seeking a Bodily Injury Team Lead to guide a Commercial Transportation claims team from a remote location in the United States. You will support a claims manager, drive operational efficiency using analytics, and balance leadership with individual contribution during high-volume periods.

You will lead an experienced team, implement best practices, and report outcomes to clients, while mentoring staff and coordinating with the leadership group to achieve service excellence.

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years of insurance claims experience in bodily injury and property damage.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience with a preference for remote management.
• Active licensure, home state or designated home state.
• Willingness to obtain all relevant licenses within 45 days of hire.

Mansioni

• Lead and support a Commercial Transportation adjusting staff, balancing management and individual contributions.
• Implement and maintain best practices for claims handling across intake, investigation, evaluation, settlement and recovery.
• Prepare and present comprehensive claims reports, metrics, and analyses to clients.
• Attract, hire, retain, and train team members with support from the leadership team.
• Serve as a back-up/leader when the Manager/Director is out of the office.
