Brink’s is seeking a Business Development Specialist – Financial Institutions to drive revenue growth in the FI segment. You will work closely with North American sales teams to craft differentiated ATM managed services solutions and close deals with banks, credit unions, and other financial accounts.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, shaping customer solutions, enabling proposals, and accelerating win rates while maintaining a strong focus on growth and cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven B2B sales with quota attainment.
• Experience selling into banks, credit unions, or financial institutions (payments/ATM services preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree required; strong prospecting and travel readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver assigned orders and revenue quotas, maintaining accountability for results.
• Support complex, high-value pursuits with strategy, value articulation, and deal structuring.
• Engage directly with customers as a solution expert, guiding discovery and executive discussions.
• Collaborate with North American Sales, Product, and Operations to shape solutions.
• Translate capabilities into business outcomes to drive growth in financial institutions.
