Qualifications

• 3+ years of field sales or business development experience in construction-related industry.
• Familiarity with selling building products, plumbing systems, HVAC components, or related technical goods.
• Understanding of contractor, builder, or trade customer dynamics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory (50-75%).
• Valid driver’s license and flexible working hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and market share in the assigned region.
• Cultivate relationships with distributors, contractors, builders, and end-users; ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed on market dynamics and provide regular insights to senior management.
• Work with distribution partners to improve product visibility, availability, and promotions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and provide forecasts using CRM tools.
