Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Business Development Manager for Integrated Solutions to grow direct sales and margin in USCAN. You’ll build executive-level relationships, lead Learning Solutions revenue, and drive regional deals from lead to contract signature.

You will cover Northeast US and Eastern Canada remotely, travel 30–50%, and collaborate with Account Managers and Product Sales Specialists to meet annual targets. A strong biotech/biopharma sales background is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years selling biotech/biopharma products.
• Proven ability to engage executive and technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication, analytical and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, differentiate and drive Solutions deals in region from lead to contract.
• Understand customers' economic/regulatory/operational challenges to evolve Bioprocess offering.
• Represent Cytiva at conferences and webinars; network with KOLs.
• Forecast and track opportunities in CRM; contribute to regional plans and targets.
• Grow Learning Solutions revenue in USCAN with Account Managers and Product Sales Specialists.
