Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Business Development Manager for Integrated Solutions to grow direct sales and margins in the USCAN region. You will establish relationships with key customer personnel and drive Learning Solutions revenue while working remotely across Northeast US and Eastern Canada.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years biotech sales experience, a proven ability to engage executive stakeholders, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years selling experience in biotech/biopharma.
• Proven experience selling to executive and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate clearly.
• Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong commercial, organizational and analytical skills.
• Solutions- and outcome-focused with ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and differentiate and drive Solutions deals in your region from lead to contract signature.
• Demonstrate understanding of customers’ economic, regulatory, clinical and operational challenges and competitive environment to evolve the Bioprocess offering.
• Represent Cytiva at conferences, tradeshows, webinars and trainings as Solutions expert; network with KOLs and exhibit thought leadership learnings.
• Forecast and track opportunities in CRM; contribute to account and regional commercial plans and to meeting/exceeding targets.
• Grow Learning Solutions revenue in the USCAN region, coordinating with Account Manager and Product Sales Specialists to drive forward the sale of Learning Solution portfolio.
