Job summary

Cytiva seeks a Business Development Manager for Integrated Solutions to accelerate direct sales and expand profit margins across assigned accounts in the USCAN region. You will build professional relationships with executive and technical stakeholders, driving Learning Solutions from lead to contract signature.

This remote role reports to the Director of Sales for Enterprise Solutions in USCAN and works within the Bioprocess organization, traveling ~30-50% within US/Canada as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years selling experience in biotech/biopharma.
• Experience selling to executive and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate simply.
• Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong commercial, organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, differentiate and drive Solutions deals in your region through customer centricity and horizontal teamwork from lead to contract signature.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of customer economy, regulatory, clinical and operational challenges and our competitive environment.
• Represent Cytiva at conferences, tradeshows, webinars and trainings as Solutions expert; network with KOLs.
• Forecast and track opportunities in CRM; contribute to account and regional commercial plans.
• Grow Learning Solutions revenue in the USCAN region in collaboration with Account Manager and Product Sales Specialists.
