Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to drive launch and growth of its first commercial product. You will educate healthcare providers, build trusted relationships, and execute a territory plan to meet sales goals while navigating a biotech launch environment.

The role requires strong selling skills, customer engagement, and a passion for improving outcomes for patients with hypertension and related conditions. Travel is up to 60% within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals and building relationships.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex information.

Responsibilities

• Territory Management / Business Execution: develop an understanding of the disease state, plan, drive adoption and report outcomes.
• Customer Engagement / Selling Excellence: conduct strategic calls, deliver high-quality product presentations, address questions credibly.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with field and analytics teams to support customer needs and territory objectives.
