Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to launch and grow our first commercial product in a defined US territory. You will educate healthcare providers, build trusted relationships, and drive product adoption while achieving sales goals.

The role requires strong selling skills, customer engagement, and a passion for improving outcomes in hypertension-related diseases. Travel up to 60% is expected in a fast-paced biotech launch environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and building relationships.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex information.
• Excellent territory planning and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset for a fast-paced launch environment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain deep understanding of disease state, data, and guidelines.
• Build and execute a territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and launch priorities.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among healthcare providers.
• Analyze territory trends and opportunities to course-correct as needed.
• Meet sales goals, call activity expectations, and launch milestones.
• Maintain territory reporting and CRM documentation.
