Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. seeks a Territory Manager to drive adoption of its first commercial product in a defined US territory. You will educate healthcare providers, build trusted relationships, and execute a territory plan to meet sales goals.

The role requires strong selling skills, customer engagement, and a passion for improving outcomes in hypertension and related conditions. Travel up to 60% is expected in a fast-paced, launch-driven biotech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred
• Prior launch experience preferred
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information
• Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced launch environment
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the disease state, clinical data, and treatment guidelines.
• Build and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and sales objectives.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among targeted healthcare providers.
• Analyze territory trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify opportunities.
• Deliver against sales goals, call activity expectations, and launch milestones.
• Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
• Execute strategic call plans and provide high-quality product presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support customer needs and territory objectives.
