Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to lead a high-visibility launch and growth of the company’s first commercial product within an assigned US territory.

You will educate healthcare providers, build trusted relationships, and drive product adoption to meet sales goals. This role requires strong selling skills, customer engagement capabilities, and a passion for improving outcomes in hypertension-related diseases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and launch priorities.
• Educate healthcare providers on Mineralys’ product and drive adoption within the territory.
• Build trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and office staff.
• Collaborate with Field Reimbursement Managers and Marketing to support customer needs and launches.
• Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
• Ensure compliant communication of clinical data, product value, and access information.
