Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to educate physicians, build trusted relationships, and drive product adoption in a remote US-based role.

You will execute territory plans, analyze market dynamics, and contribute to launch success in a fast-paced biotech environment. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in pharma/biotech sales, with launch experience and cardiometabolic specialty exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years pharma/biotech sales preferred.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with brand strategy and launch priorities.
• Educate healthcare providers on Mineralys products and drive product adoption.
• Build trusted customer relationships and meet sales objectives.
• Maintain CRM records and analyze territory trends to identify opportunities.
• Deliver engaging product presentations and address customer questions with credibility.
