Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to support the launch and growth of its first commercial product in an assigned U.S. territory.

The role focuses on educating HCPs, building trusted relationships, and driving product adoption in a fast-paced biotech environment. Candidates should have 3+ years of pharma/biotech sales, strong clinical communication, and proven field execution. The position is fully remote with up to 60% travel and a competitive salary in the US market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech sales preferred.
• Strong communication and clinical data presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build trusted HCP relationships and meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with brand launch priorities.
• Educate healthcare providers on Mineralys’ product and drive adoption within the territory.
• Maintain CRM records and deliver against sales targets and launch milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address access barriers and optimize patient outcomes.
