Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to educate HCPs, build relationships, and drive product adoption in a nationwide remote role.

You will develop territory plans, monitor performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a successful product launch in a fast-paced biotech environment. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of pharma/biotech sales, strong clinical acumen, and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred; other relevant sales experience considered.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals and building strong customer relationships.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
• Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced launch environment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of the disease state, clinical data, and guidelines.
• Create and execute a territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and priorities.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among healthcare providers.
• Analyze territory trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Meet sales goals, call activity, and launch milestones.
• Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM records.
• Execute strategic call plans translating data into action.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare providers and staff.
• Present clinical data and product value clearly to customers.
• Collaborate with Field Reimbursement Managers and others to support customers.
• Share insights with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Support regional meetings and company programs.
• Operate with integrity and comply with regulations.
