Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to lead the launch and growth of its first commercial product in an assigned US territory. You will educate healthcare providers, build trusted relationships, and drive product adoption in a fast-paced biotech environment.

The role is fully remote with up to 60% travel. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred; other relevant sales experience considered.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers on Mineralys’ product and disease state.
• Build and execute a territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and launch priorities.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among targeted providers.
• Maintain territory reporting and CRM documentation; analyze trends and adjust strategy.
