Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to lead the launch and growth of its first commercial product in an assigned U.S. territory.

You will educate healthcare providers, build trusted relationships, drive product adoption, and achieve territory sales goals in a fast-paced biotech environment. The role requires strong selling skills, strategic planning, and the ability to thrive in a remote, launch-focused setting with up to 60% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred; other relevant sales experience considered.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of disease state, clinical data, and guidelines.
• Build and execute territory business plans aligned with brand strategy and sales objectives.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among healthcare providers.
• Analyze territory trends and customer needs to identify opportunities and course-correct.
• Deliver against sales goals, call activity, and launch milestones.
• Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
