Mineralys Therapeutics is seeking a Territory Manager to educate healthcare providers on our first commercial product and to build trusted relationships that drive adoption across an assigned U.S. territory.

This fully remote role requires a strong sales acumen, strategic planning, and the ability to execute a comprehensive territory plan in a fast-paced biotech environment. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in pharma/biotech sales, with preference for specialty

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred; other relevant sales experience considered.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of disease state, clinical data, and treatment guidelines.
• Build and execute a territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and launch priorities.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among targeted healthcare providers.
• Analyze territory trends and customer needs to identify opportunities and course-correct as needed.
• Deliver against sales goals, call activity expectations, and launch milestones.
• Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
