Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics, a fully remote biotech company, seeks a Territory Manager to launch and grow our first commercial product across an assigned territory in the United States. You will educate HCPs, build trusted relationships, drive product adoption, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial biotech environment.

The role requires strong selling skills, clinical acumen, and the ability to plan strategically, with up to 60% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
• Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, launch environment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Territory Management / Business Execution: Develop and maintain disease state and data understanding; build a territory plan aligned with brand strategy.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among healthcare providers; analyze territory trends and competition to identify opportunities.
• Deliver against sales goals, call activity, and launch milestones; maintain territory reporting and CRM documentation.
• Customer Engagement / Selling Excellence: Execute strategic call plans; communicate data and product value clearly; address patient access barriers.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Field Reimbursement, Territory Managers, and Regional Directors; share insights with leadership and teams.
• Compliance / Culture: Maintain integrity and comply with policies; embody company values.
