Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to lead the launch and growth of its first commercial product within an assigned U.S. territory. You will educate healthcare providers on Mineralys’ product, build trusted relationships, and drive product adoption in a fast-paced biotech environment.

This fully remote role requires strong selling skills, strategic planning, and the ability to translate clinical data into clear discussions with providers. Travel up to 60% is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and building relationships.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
• Excellent territory planning and communication skills.
• Self-motivated entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the disease state, clinical data, and relevant treatment guidelines.
• Build and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and launch priorities.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among targeted healthcare providers.
• Analyze territory trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify opportunities.
• Consistently deliver against sales goals, call activity expectations, and launch milestones.
• Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
• Execute strategic call plans by translating data into customer-focused actions.
• Communicate clinical data, product value, access information, and patient identification clearly.
• Partner with customers to address barriers to patient access and support pull-through.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support territory objectives.
• Travel up to 60% as required.
