Cypress HCM is seeking a fully remote Technical Sales Manager for the Bay Area and Pacific Northwest territory. You will manage key accounts, grow revenue, and coordinate across teams to deliver solution-based proposals.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, market insights, and strong communication with customers. The position offers uncapped commission earnings and requires 4+ years in life sciences or technical sales, with travel and remote-work capability.

Formación

• 4+ years of sales experience in life sciences or technical/solution-based selling environments.
• Ability to travel a minimum of 50% of time and work from a remote home office in the geography.
• Self-starter with effective time management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Superior presentation, organization and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability in the management of large accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Grow and expand the existing key account customer base in alignment with company objectives.
• Identify and expand opportunities for repeatable, consumable-based business within the territory.
• Coordinate cross-functional internal resources to address customer application challenges.
• Develop proposed sales terms and conditions and negotiate with customers per guidelines.
• Partner with Technical Services and internal stakeholders throughout the sales process.
• Develop and execute a goal-oriented territory plan focused on promoting products and services.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce forecasting, key account profiles, and sales call reports.
• Prepare RFQ resource requests communicating business needs and customer value.
• Support annual sales forecasting and provide updates to Finance and Customer Service.
• Assist in implementing pricing programs and annual price changes.
