Job summary

SCIENION, a life-science dispensing innovator, seeks a Sales Representative USA to increase market presence in the Northeast and Midwest. You will develop strategies, build relationships with labs, research institutions and healthcare facilities, and present SCIENION technology and services to customers.

Travel up to 80% is required to meet clients and attend events. The role demands 3–5 years of biotech sales experience, strong communication, CRM proficiency, and a drive to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of sales, marketing, or applications experience in biotech or diagnostics.
• Solid knowledge of diagnostic technologies and laboratory workflows.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% and to visit customers and events.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market share.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within diagnostic and single cell sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with laboratories, research institutions, industry, and healthcare facilities.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing client needs promptly.
• Demonstrate knowledge of SCIENION technology and services and their applications in diagnostics.
• Conduct product presentations for potential and existing customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities.
• Provide feedback to marketing and product teams to enhance offerings and strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline status using CRM.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
