Ladders is seeking a Bioprocessing Sales Specialist for a remote US-based role focused on growing adoption of bioprocessing solutions across the Mid-Atlantic region, emphasizing analytical and process technology applications.

The role requires strong bioprocessing knowledge, consultative sales execution, and market insight to expand pipeline, strengthen customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. Travel within the region will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Bioprocessing, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of sales experience in bioprocessing or biotechnology, focusing on process analytics and PAT.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development for process analytics products in the Mid-Atlantic Region.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, including biopharmaceuticals and research institutions.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on analytical technologies.
• Produce regular sales reports and forecasts to provide insights on performance and market dynamics.
• Manage CRM database and reporting systems to support business decisions and sales growth.
