Job summary

Repligen is seeking a Bioprocessing Sales Specialist focused on Process Analytics to drive sales and customer engagement across the Mid-Atlantic region and parts of Eastern Canada. You will partner with marketing, product development, and support teams to grow revenue and deliver value through PAT solutions.

The role requires 7+ years in bioprocessing sales, strong relationship-building skills, and willingness to travel extensively. base salary is competitive with bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Bioprocessing, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of sales experience in bioprocessing/biotech with focus on Process Analytics.
• In-depth knowledge of bioprocessing industries and PAT.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets and develop sales strategies.
• Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of presenting technical information.
• Collaborative with cross-functional teams and customers.
• Problem-solving for technical/business challenges.
• Willingness to travel extensively in the Mid-Atlantic region.
• Able to adapt in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Business Development: Drive sales for Process Analytics across Northeast/Mid-Atlantic; meet/exceed targets.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain key accounts with bioprocessing partners.
• Market Analysis: Identify opportunities and trends; monitor competitors.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing, product development, service, and support teams.
• Training and Development: Engage in ongoing training on analytical tech and bioprocessing.
• Reporting: Provide sales reports and forecast insights to management.
• Sales Rigor: Maintain CRM data accuracy and effective reporting (Salesforce, Tableau, PowerBI).
