Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Bioprocessing Account Manager to help drive growth in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space from a remote location. You will manage strategic accounts, develop territory plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate forecasts and timely information.

The ideal candidate has a BSc in a scientific discipline, 5+ years in biopharma or life sciences, and a proven sales record.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in biopharmaceutical or life sciences.
• Strong understanding of cell culture, chromatography, and filtration.
• Proven sales track record and key account management experience.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with customers and partners.
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales opportunities to meet or exceed targets
• Develop and execute a territory sales plan with the District Sales Manager
• Utilize a CRM for opportunity pipeline development
• Lead sales negotiations with technical and procurement teams
• Establish and maintain strategic account relationships
• Prospect and develop new target accounts with the commercial team
• Support customers through the clinical pipeline from lab-scale to full process solutions
• Interface with Business and Market Development for timely information sharing
• Support the development of sales collateral
• Provide timely information to Manufacturing and QA/QC for forecasting and audits
• Execute field sales activities including customer visits and technical presentations
• Manage trade show activities and follow-ups
