Job summary

Repligen seeks a dynamic Bioprocessing Sales Specialist to drive sales of Process Analytics Products in Germany and beyond. The role is remote in the North West/West Germany regions with travel to Denmark and the Nordics as needed.

You will build key accounts, develop strategic plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet growth targets. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in bioprocessing/biotechnology/chemical engineering and 7+ years of bioprocessing sales experience, with strong

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
7+ years of sales experience in bioprocessing or biotech with Process Analytics/PAT.
Strong knowledge of bioprocessing industry trends, challenges and opportunities.

Responsibilities

Drive sales and business development for Process Analytics Products in the defined territory.
Build and maintain relationships with biopharma companies, CROs and CMOs.
Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, customer service and field specialists.
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on analytical technologies and bioprocessing.
Produce regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Maintain CRM data integrity and leverage Tableau/PowerBI for insights.
