Job summary

Innovativ Pharma is seeking an entry-level Pharmaceutical Sales Territory Representative for the Primary Care segment. You will educate and promote products to physicians and other healthcare providers within your assigned territory, including large accounts and clinics.

You will work remotely to manage relationships, develop territory plans, and collaborate with management to meet sales goals. The role emphasizes consultative selling, industry knowledge, and ethical professional standards.

Qualifications

• Some sales experience
• Consultative selling experience preferred
• Must be able to work remotely and use Zoom
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to target health professionals to maximize sales growth
• Possess effective selling skills and product knowledge
• Analyze territory information to optimize routing
• Utilize sales tools and supporting analysis to plan activity
• Develop and execute plans to maximize selling resources
• Pre-call plan to match health-care professionals' needs
• Leverage data and customer knowledge to build discussions around HCPs and patients' needs
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Responsibilities

• Educates, promotes and sells pharmaceutical products to physicians and healthcare providers within assigned territory
• Manages territory to maintain physician groups, clinics and primary care offices
• Collaborates with management and other teams to achieve sales goals
• Builds positive relationships with large accounts and key decision makers
• Develops territory plans with goals, coverage and resource allocation
• Gains formulary acceptance with managed care accounts
• Stays current with scientific literature related to products
• Uses consultative selling to support customers’ business needs
• Markets and sells vertical products
