Avantor is seeking a Biopharma Production Systems Specialist (BPSS) to support customers across the greater Boston/New England region and Canada. The role combines technical sales, consultation, and business development for Biopharma Production hardware platforms and consumables, with ~50% travel and a remote, field-based footprint.

The BPSS will partner with the regional Biopharma Production team and report to the Regional Director of Biopharma Production Sales.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years in biopharmaceutical manufacturing or supplying technical products to the biopharma industry or similar
• Minimum 1 year in a Sales role
• Willingness and ability to travel to customer locations up to five days per week
• Travel is expected to average ~50% with occasional international travel

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer consultation and technical sales support for Avantor Biopharma Production hardware and consumables
• Develop and execute territory and account-based strategies to drive growth
• Manage pipeline and opportunities using CRM and BI tools
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and end-users to ensure long-term adoption of products
