Amplity is hiring a Business Development Specialist for remote engagement to reach Health Care Professionals and promote client products. You will drive platform participation, manage accounts, and collaborate with client field teams to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required.
• A minimum of 2+ years of relevant business or sales experience.
• Flexibility to cover multiple time zones.
• Ability to travel to office sites if needed.
• Willingness to cover all time zones if needed.
• Successfully pass all required Amplity and client training.
• Excellent technical skills with Microsoft Office and other programs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Promote client products via telephone to Health Care Professionals and drive loyalty program participation.
• Manage daily call activity to meet program KPIs and sales targets.
• Profile and manage targeted accounts to grow product and platform awareness.
• Create and implement business plans to achieve goals.
• Prepare management reports and maintain data in CRM systems.
