Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in bioinformatics or a related field.
• 4–8 years in data science or bioinformatics, including 1–3 years in a lead role.
• Experience commercializing algorithm-based products in medical/biological applications.
• 1–2 years of management experience leading a technical team.
• Experience analyzing cancer-associated variant detection data is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for product development projects and ensure cross-functional collaboration.
• Optimize workflows and improve analysis pipelines for diagnostic tests.
• Supervise and manage bioinformatics and data scientists.
• Contribute input on experiment design and analysis based on expertise in the organization’s technology.
• Set standards for data analysis and produce high-quality documentation.
