• Experience analyzing cancer-associated variant detection data is highly desirable.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Manager of Bioinformatics (Oncology Product Development) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will guide bioinformatics efforts that support oncology-focused product development, with an emphasis on strengthening diagnostic data analysis and workflow performance. The manager will partner closely with cross-functional teams to improve pipelines, shape study and experiment design, and help translate complex biological data into reliable product outcomes. It is also a hands-on leadership opportunity to set analysis standards, support intellectual property initiatives, and mentor a technical team in a highly regulated, innovation-driven environment.

The ideal candidate will bring both deep technical expertise and management experience to balance day-to-day scientific execution with strategic product support.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $140,000-175,000 annually

Responsibilities
