Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional oncology diagnostics product programs from concept through launch.
• Develop integrated project plans across R&D, regulatory, quality, clinical, operations, and commercial functions.
• Drive stage-gate development activities, milestone management, risk mitigation, and resource alignment.
• Coordinate assay, software, bioinformatics, and platform development activities.
• Prepare executive communications, dashboards, and portfolio updates.
• Mentor junior project managers and team members.
• Adhere to safety and compliance policies.
