Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Oncology, to shape the strategy and execution of a molecular oncology portfolio within a leading Pharmaceuticals & Biotech environment. This role partners with cross-functional teams to align roadmaps with customer needs and business goals.

The position is remote in the USA with competitive compensation and strong opportunities to influence product adoption, portfolio growth, and innovative diagnostics in a regulated life sciences space.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field; Master's or PhD preferred.
10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in product management, product marketing, commercialization, or strategic consulting.
Experience with oncology products, diagnostics, or medical devices, particularly in molecular testing or somatic biomarker testing, strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the product roadmap for the genomic profiling product line.
Prioritize new features and initiatives while balancing customer needs and operational constraints.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product execution.
Oversee product performance, define key metrics, and drive continuous improvement strategies.
Conduct Voice of Customer (VOC) interviews and market research to inform product development.
Identify new business opportunities and create financial models to support product initiatives.
Communicate product vision and roadmap updates regularly to stakeholders.
